Flowcrete India has recently worked with Godrej Properties to provide high quality car park decking for its luxurious Godrej Platinum project situated in Mumbai, India.

Godrej Properties is one of the leading names in innovation and excellence in the Indian real estate sector and Godrej Platinum offers the very best facilities and lavish apartments in the sought after area of Vikhroli.

The client wanted to use the very latest technology throughout the construction and was looking for something new in their basement and ground level car park areas aside from the conventional concrete substrate or paver blocks.

Such was the hunger to use the most innovative products in the market place, Flowcrete was ultimately chosen for sub-base floor preparation using Isocrete K-Screed at an average thickness of 50 to 60mm and a total of 16,000m² of its elastomeric PU deck coating Deckshield ID was also installed in both car park buildings.

The parking deck coating of the high profile project took Flowcrete’s licensed applicator five months to complete, and all of the building’s demarcation and signage was completed using Flowcrete’s Deckshield UV Linemarker, to further enhance the aesthetics and safety features of the plush residential complex.

A bright light-reflective dark grey shade of Deckshield ID was installed in the driveways of the facility with light grey used in the parking bays featuring white markings and numbering courtesy of the Deckshield UV Linemarker.

Godrej Properties was thrilled with the final project outcome and equally pleased that the job was completed on time and as per its exacting standards.
