Flowcrete in Delhi Delight as Third Indian Office Opens

29 Nov 2014

Flowcrete India is thrilled to announce the opening of its third office, which is based in the major construction hub of Delhi.

The new office will provide increased support to the company’s Northern India Business to continue the rapid growth it has been enjoying in the region.

The facility will be headed by Iqbal Afroz, Regional Sales Manager for North India, under the direct management of Mr. Srinivasan, National Sales Manager of Flowcrete India Private Limited.

Having an office presence in Delhi brings the company closer to the vast swathes of applicators and consultants in the region and also means that Flowcrete is now better placed to compete for major projects in the north of the country.

Flowcrete India also plans to open a regional warehouse solely for the north of India with administrative support provided by the Delhi office, giving the company a further competitive advantage over its rivals.

Flowcrete India’s new home is in the midst of the country’s National Capital Region which comprises of Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Manesar and Ghaziabad and it is the principal commercial and industrial hub for the north. Situated at the heart of Delhi’s Jasola Central Business District, the new site also fits in with the profile of other more modern buildings within the region.

The world class infrastructure of Delhi means that major MNC’s and other Indian companies have also chosen it as the home for manufacturing facilities. Flowcrete’s shiny new office is centrally located on the intersection of NH2, providing excellent connectivity to the surrounding areas of South Delhi, Faridabad and Noida as well as the up and coming suburbs of New Delhi.

Delhi is a major hub for construction and chemical corporates as well as the source of  many proposed large-scale government and private infrastructure projects. The construction market in North India is one of huge potential with significant growth predicted in the coming months, making it an ideal time for Flowcrete to expand its operations in the region.

World renowned architects reside in Delhi and in fact the city has the highest comparative ratio for number of architects compared to all other cities in India. Many architectural and project management consultancy firms are also based in the vibrant city, meaning that Flowcrete is now well positioned to take on major refurbishments of aging buildings, which are prevalent in the area.

Flowcrete India hopes that the new office facility in Delhi will enable it to take advantage of further growth opportunities in the region and ensure a prosperous future for the company.
